Returns
- Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Opened skincare/cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged in transit.
- To start a return, email support@miatriedit.com with your order number and reason.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
